apart from the rest of this disaster that is not hard to see... the power cable is way too thin for a boiler of that size, and doesn't even have a ground... I hope this shit is (was) grounded via at least the water tubes maybe, but I highly doubt it overall actually illegal in Italy (as if the outlet right above the shower wasn't bad enough) also notice how BAD it was "mounted" above, it was really just placed on a metal rod thingy, which I can't really see but I it was obviously not sturdy enough to hold that thing
